Aida Issari is an Iranian-born dance instructor and movement educator with over a decade of professional experience in dance and fitness instruction. She has been teaching since 2013 and holds certifications as an ACE Group Fitness Instructor and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.

Aida received her early dance training in Iran under respected instructors and continued her education in Canada, where she deepened her understanding of academic dance technique and movement principles. Her teaching approach is rooted in ballet-based foundations, focusing on essential foot and arm positions, posture, alignment, core strength, and fluidity—fundamentals that support all dance styles.

As a performer, Aida has appeared on stage in both Iran and Canada. Before immigrating, she performed with the Shiftegan-e Del and Namanava dance groups at Talar Vahdat in Iran.
