Noshika Shahrokhi - Piano

Noshika Shahrokhi is a dedicated and passionate piano instructor with a strong background in piano performance, music education, and student development. She completed her Bachelor of Piano at the University of Victoria, where she developed a strong foundation in piano performance, musical technique, and music education.

Noshika has several years of teaching experience working with students of different ages and skill levels. She has taught piano at Miss Mame School of Music, South Island Music Studio, Taber Music School, and through Darsoon's online music platform. Through these experiences, she has developed a flexible and personalized approach to teaching, adapting her lessons to each student's individual needs, abilities, and musical goals.

Her teaching focuses on building strong piano technique, musical understanding, sight-reading, and confidence while creating a positive and supportive learning environment. Noshika believes that consistent guidance, encouragement, and clear communication can help students develop both their musical abilities and their confidence as musicians.

She is comfortable working with students from beginner through advanced levels and has experience with lesson planning and RCM preparation. She also values communication with parents and works to support steady progress through individualized instruction and consistent practice.

Originally from Iran, Noshika completed her piano studies in Victoria and is now based in North Vancouver. She is excited to continue sharing her passion for piano and music education with students in the North Vancouver community.

At Cadenza Music & Art Academy, Noshika brings a patient, organized, and student-centered approach to piano instruction, helping each student build a strong musical foundation while developing a genuine enjoyment and connection with music.
