Whether you are passionate about music, interested in Persian culture, or simply looking to experience something new, this free community workshop offers a welcoming introduction to one of the world's most expressive traditional instruments.

Hosted by Cadenza Music & Art Academy, this special one-hour event is open to adults and youth of all backgrounds. No previous musical experience is necessary.

Meet the Instructor

The workshop will be led by Niloofar Ejraei, a Santoor performer, educator, composer, and researcher specializing in Persian classical music. With more than eight years of teaching experience, Niloofar combines artistic performance with modern music education to create engaging learning experiences for students of all ages. She is currently pursuing a Master of Music Education, where her research explores improvisation pedagogy in Persian classical music.
